一、報名條件
依法取得營業(yè)執(zhí)照或企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照的生產(chǎn)者、銷售者，可根據(jù)自身經(jīng)營需要，申請注冊制造商識別碼。

2.注冊程序
一、報名所需材料：
（一）中國商品條碼系統(tǒng)會員登記表（一式兩份）
（2）營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件（一式兩份）
（3）匯款憑證復印件（兩份）
（四）組織機構(gòu)代碼證復印件（一份）
2、填妥的《中國商品條碼系統(tǒng)會員登記表》加蓋公司公章后提交。公司公章上的公司名稱應與公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照上的公司名稱一致。
條碼處理
說明：《中國商品條碼制度會員登記表》中的“企業(yè)類別”、“經(jīng)濟類型代碼”、“國民經(jīng)濟行業(yè)分類代碼”、“登記行政區(qū)劃代碼”請參閱“商品條碼分類及代碼”查詢手冊》填寫項目內(nèi)容。如果您不知道如何填寫，請留空。
3、集團公司請?zhí)顚憽都瘓F公司子公司基本信息表》。
5、申請人的申請材料經(jīng)辦公廳審核后，對符合條件的材料進行簽字、報批。

6、中國物品編碼中心收到初審通過的申請材料和申請人繳納的費用（見表1）后，對符合規(guī)定條件的，由中國物品編碼中心批準向申請人注冊。 .制造商識別碼完成審批流程。
7、注冊完成后，中國商品編碼中心將廠商識別碼通知中國商品編碼中心內(nèi)蒙古分公司，原片由中國商品編碼中心內(nèi)蒙古分中心制作。中國商品編碼中心內(nèi)蒙古分公司向企業(yè)頒發(fā)《中國商品條碼系統(tǒng)會員證》及原片。
8、申請人已收到《中國商品條碼系統(tǒng)會員證》和原片，申請結(jié)束。

1、2022、2021、2020、2019、2018、2017年全日制本科以上學歷，2021年6月22日至2022年6月23日（購房日期必須在發(fā)放日期之后） 2021年6月22日至2021年12月31日期間購房的普通高校2020屆全日制本科以上學歷者；
\ n 2.申請人應在呼和浩特市非公有制企業(yè)工作，或為在呼和浩特市注冊的具有獨立法人資格的企業(yè)的法定代表人，個體工商戶（含個人獨資企業(yè)）穩(wěn)定經(jīng)營1年以上年）;
3、申請人已繳納企業(yè)職工養(yǎng)老保險12個月以上，簽訂勞動合同的公司名稱應與社會保險公司名稱一致；如果之前城市沒有自有住房），如果2人或2人以上購買同一套房，僅1人可享受住房補貼（夫妻雙方同時滿足條件除外）。
通過評審的博士生、碩士生和本科生每月分別獲得1000元、800元和500元的房租補貼，補貼期限不超過24個月。通過評審的博士生、碩士生和本科生將分別獲得10萬元、5萬元和3萬元的一次性住房補貼。
